SECTION 84 CJA 1964
SECTION 84 OF THE COURTS OF JUDICATURE ACT 1964 ALSO ENABLES IMPORTANT QUESTIONS OF LAW TO BE REFERRED TO THE FEDERAL COURT FOR A FINAL AND AUTHORITATIVE INTERPRETATION AND RULING.
